Speess

Speess is a CRUD application developed as a demonstration platform for a real estate project. The website was designed to facilitate the rental of various halls and spaces, with a primary focus on providing an intuitive and powerful filtering system.

Users can easily search and filter available spaces based on multiple criteria including amenities, surface area, room type, price range, and other relevant factors. The advanced filtering system ensures that clients can quickly find the perfect space that meets their specific requirements.

The backend was built using a Laravel API, providing robust data management and RESTful endpoints for all CRUD operations. The front-end was developed with Next.js, offering a modern user interface with server-side rendering capabilities.
